Hi, I’m Luz the founder of Luz Aesthetics. I created this space with intention: a place where skincare goes beyond the surface and becomes a moment for you to slow down, reset, and feel truly cared for. As a licensed esthetician, I specialize in customized, results driven facials tailored to your skin’s unique needs. Whether you’re looking to hydrate, clear, brighten, or simply maintain a healthy glow, every treatment is thoughtfully designed to support your skin’s long term health while giving you a relaxing, elevated experience. I especially love creating space for those who spend so much of their time caring for others. This is your time to be taken care of, to rest, recharge, and feel supported. Being able to care for you in that way, and help you truly love your skin, is what I’m most passionate about. I believe skincare should feel both effective and personal. There is nothing that brings me more joy than seeing my clients truly love their skin. CANCELLATION POLICY
✨ Booking & Studio Policies To provide a seamless, relaxing experience for every client, appointments are reserved with intention and care. The following policies are in place to honor both your time and mine. Deposits & Card on File A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be applied toward your service total. A valid card on file is also required for all bookings. By scheduling an appointment, you authorize charges in accordance with the policy below. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Online cancellations and rescheduling are available up to 24 hours prior to your appointment. Changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations or rescheduling requests will be treated as a late cancellation. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time to receive the full experience. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to respect the next client’s appointment. Full service pricing will still apply. Studio Environment To maintain a calm and elevated space, additional guests are not permitted unless approved in advance. Service Adjustments Treatments may be modified or declined if contraindications are present or if it is not in the best interest of your skin health and safety. Respecting the Space Repeated late cancellations, no-shows, or failure to follow policies may result in refusal of future bookings.
